After working for the New Jersey Department of Health for over ten years as a surveyor, Ms. Andrassy has brought her expertise to Med-Net Healthcare Consulting, LLC. As a surveyor for the State, her duties included conducting investigations of service complaints at various types of long term care facilities, conducting annual Medicare-Medicaid surveys for compliance of Federal and State regulations, reviewing acceptance or rejection plans of correction submitted by healthcare providers, and providing orientation for new surveyors. Ms. Andrassy is a Registered Nurse in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Judith earned her BS in Food Systems Management from the State University College at Buffalo and her MS in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD) & member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Pennsylvania licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). Judith actively served the Academy as a national PR spokesperson and also served as a State Media Representative for the New Jersey Dietetic Association.

Judith began her career as the Food Services Director at a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. Subsequently, she worked in clinical and outpatient dietetics, specializing in Adult Medical Day Care, Home Care, Hospice, Diabetes Care and Hemodialysis.

She also provided nutrition programming in the corporate setting with the Wellness Concepts program & nutrition counseling in a private practice setting.

Mr. Dalton is an expert in the field of technology, and has brought his extensive knowledge to Med-Net Healthcare Consulting.  He is proficient in a variety of disciplines including audio/visual, physical security, telecommunications and network infrastructure.  Mr. Dalton has developed and led the senior care industry towards technology integration for advanced resident care, and currently sits on a variety of Boards, providing others with found knowledge and expertise in a variety of disciplines and areas.

Ms. Dandrea has over 20 years’ experience in the long term care pharmaceutical industry. She has held marketing, sales management and business development executive positions with Omni-Care, Inc., Pharmcare USA, Partners Healthcare, Solutions Infusion Co.andVentiv/Snyder/MMD. Her expertise in reviewing and containing pharmacy costs add a valuable dimension to the consulting services offered by Med-Net Healthcare Consulting, LLC.

A licensed nursing home administrator for over 20 years, Susan has overseen and supervised major senior healthcare facilities in New Jersey.  She is an accomplished executive with experience as a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Operating Officer, a nursing home administrator, activity therapist, activity director and senior care provider consultant.

Susan is knowledgeable in all aspects of skilled nursing facility operations from regulatory and HIPAA compliance to QAPI/Performance and outcome evaluation.

As a healthcare compliance specialist for Med-Net Healthcare Consulting, LLC she assists clients in Department of Health survey preparation, leads mock surveys, offers plans for QAPI, facility assessment, emergency preparedness, infection control and antibiotic stewardship as well as providing medical record audits and training for all disciplines.

Susan has presented educational programs for The New Jersey Activities Professionals Association (NJAPA) and other activity groups and associations throughout the country on regulatory, compliance and a variety of program topics.

Ms. Harris served as an expert member of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) work panel that revised the regulations and surveyor guidance for the Activity and Activity Director F-Tags. She also wrote the curriculum for and provided the training on these new regulations via the CMS surveyor satellite training for state surveyors throughout the United States.

Susan has been a member of the education taskforce at LeadingAge NJ and served as a member of the Public Policy Congress for LeadingAge National and has presented at the White House on senior care Issues.

Ms. Harris holds a Masters’ Certificate in Senior Care Management and a degree in Art Therapy. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and a certified activity director-

Susan previously served NJAPA as Vice-President and Legislation Chair Person. She is the recipient of the New Jersey Activity Professionals Association’s Madison E. Weidner Lifetime Achievement Award, their highest honor.  Ms. Harris holds professional membership and affiliations in many organizations and has had articles published in McKnight’s Long-Term Care News and other publications.

Ms. Kubacki has been a registered dietician in the state of New Jersey since 1978 and has brought her expansive knowledge of the dietary world to Med-Net Healthcare Consulting, LLC. For ten years, Ms. Kubacki worked as Supervisor of Inspections for the Department of Health and Senior Services and was given the task of managing multiple survey teams and reviewing their findings. Her earlier positions within the Department of Health include working as Coordinator of Inspections, tasked with managing program activities related to the orientation of newly employed health care facility surveyors, ensuring that they were provided education on the latest federal guidelines, as well as surveyor, determining compliance with federal and state regulations.

With over 35 years of extensive, diversified clinical and management experience, Ms. Pachman has joined the consulting staff at Med-Net Healthcare Consulting, LLC. Previous positions as Director of Nursing (DON) at a 250 bed skilled long term care facility with a 50 bed sub –acute rehabilitation unit and as  MDS Coordinator at the same facility prior to being named the DON  as well as multiple years of nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities and hospitals makes Donna Pachman, RN a very valuable member of the Med-Net Healthcare Consulting, LLC staff.
